Southpaw Ring Control & Using Rhythm – Karuhat Intensive Day 4 from Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu on Vimeo.

I was just getting into the swing of things again, chasing down Karuhat’s elusive style which he so patiently blueprints for me in all our sessions. In this private two important things he focuses on are Ring Control – essentially edging an opponent so you can nail her/him on the exit you set up, and how to use the standard Muay Thai rhythm to flow into strikes, and also to create timing difficulties by using delays.
